2. Service description

ConnectDotVisuals (operated by CONNECTDOT.NETWORK sp. z o.o.) provides digital concept, communication and marketing materials, including:

  • 2D floor plans
  • 3D concepts
  • AI-enhanced visualizations
  • Premium archviz renders (3ds Max + Corona)
  • Short promotional videos
  • Real estate visual materials
  • Marketing copy where agreed

3. Important legal limitation

Materials are intended for concept, communication and marketing purposes only. They are NOT official architectural, structural, installation, engineering or building permit documentation. The service does not replace licensed architects, engineers, installers or local compliance checks. For building permits, structural changes and technical compliance, the client must consult a qualified local professional.

4. Delivery

All deliverables are digital. There is no physical shipping. Delivery methods include email, secure download link, cloud folder or any other agreed digital method. Indicative timelines:

  • Quick 2D floor plans: 2–4 business days
  • 2D + 3D concept packages: 5–10 business days
  • Premium renders / video packages: 1–3 weeks

5. Packages, scope, price and timeline

Final scope, price and delivery time are confirmed in writing before work starts, based on the selected package and project brief. Custom quotations are available on request. Any changes to scope after work has begun may affect price and timeline.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements, photos, sketches, plans and project information, and for having the right to share any uploaded materials. The quality of input materials directly affects the quality and accuracy of deliverables.

7. Revisions and scope changes

Revisions are included only if explicitly agreed in the selected package or written proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes after work has started are billed separately based on time and complexity.

8. Permits and technical compliance

For building permits, structural changes, installations and any matter requiring technical or legal compliance, the client must consult a licensed architect, engineer or qualified local professional. We do not issue, certify or replace such documentation.

9. Intellectual property and portfolio usage

On full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered visuals for the agreed purpose. Source files, project files, templates and pre-existing assets remain the property of CONNECTDOT.NETWORK sp. z o.o. unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may use anonymised stills of delivered work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Acceptable use

When using our service you agree NOT to:

  • Use the service in violation of any applicable law, regulation or third-party right
  • Submit photos, plans, drawings, brand assets or other materials you do not have the rights to share
  • Order visualizations of properties you do not own or do not have written permission to depict
  • Request content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, deceptive or designed to mislead buyers, tenants or investors
  • Use deliverables to misrepresent existing buildings, fake permits, or simulate documentation that does not exist
  • Attempt fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering or use of stolen payment instruments
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, probe or otherwise interfere with our systems or third-party services we use
  • Resell, redistribute or sublicense the service or deliverables outside the agreed license
  • Use the service to violate sanctions, export controls or to operate from embargoed jurisdictions

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant order. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the client's country of residence in the EU/EEA.
