Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Project type
  • Property size
  • Requested services
  • Files / materials note
  • Photos, sketches, measurements, PDF plans or other project materials if provided later
  • Message content from the contact / lead form
  • Order and payment references (handled by our payment provider)
  • Technical data needed for website operation and abuse prevention (IP address, browser, device type)

5. Service providers and processors

Personal data may be processed using tools that are part of our workflow, including hosting and backend infrastructure (Lovable Cloud), email delivery providers, cloud storage and professional advisers (legal, accounting). These processors handle data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

6. Project files and uploaded materials

Photos, sketches, measurements, plans and other project files are used only for project evaluation and delivery of the services you ordered. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

7. Data retention

We keep lead and project data only as long as necessary to deliver the service and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations (typically up to the periods required by Polish and EU law). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl) or, in the Netherlands, with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, backup) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
