Refund Policy

Our service is custom digital work — 2D plans, 3D concepts, AI-enhanced visuals, renders and short videos prepared specifically for each client. The rules below explain when refunds apply.
Activation fee & deposits
Once a project has started, the project activation fee or deposit is non-refundable for work already planned, prepared or started (e.g. scope work, briefing analysis, layout drafts, 3D blockouts, render setup). If you cancel before production begins, a partial refund may be considered depending on the work already completed. The activation fee covers planning, preparation, setup and initial production work.
14-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date if we have not yet started concept or production work on your brief. Because our deliverables are custom digital work made to your specifications, by placing the order and asking us to start work before the 14-day period ends you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the work is fully performed (in line with EU consumer law and Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Refund requests after work has started are handled per the rules below.
Before work starts
If we have not yet started any concept or production work on your brief, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.
After work has started
Once concept or production work has started (sketches, layout drafts, 3D blockouts, render setup), the refund may be reduced based on the work already completed and time invested.
After final delivery
After we have delivered final digital files — plans, renders, AI visuals or videos — a refund is generally not available, unless there is clear non-delivery or a major technical failure on our side.
Not automatic grounds for refund
Incorrect or incomplete client input, changed preferences, design taste changes or scope changes after work has started are not automatic grounds for a refund.
Mandatory consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights under EU law and the law of the consumer's country of residence are not excluded by this policy.
How to request a refund
Send an email to shifo@connectdot.network including:
- Order or payment reference
- Project name
- Email used at purchase
- Reason for the refund request
